Now I know
Prokaryotic cells dont have a nucleus, so they have a different method of DNA replication. DNA replication in eukaryotes is much more complicated. Eukaryotic cells can only initiate DNA replication at a specific point in the cell cycle, the beginning of synthesis phase, or interphase.
Now i Know that the cell cycle for both prokaryotes and eukaryotes are some what similar but im not to sure about the cell cycle for Prokaryotes.

Prokaryotes have a specific point called the origin (Ori) where replication ALWAYS starts. Usually the DNA is circular, and replication begins in both directions at once. In favourable conditions many cycles of DNA replication take place simultaneously (thats why E.coli can divide in ~20min, while the genome takes ~40mins to replicate). You caould also mention the presence of plasmids, which also have an origin or replication.
In prokaryotes translation initiates while transcription is still taking place, i.e. the protein is being synthesised, at the same time as transcription. Also many ribosomes will be active on a single mRNA, while the mRNA is being synthesised.
A for gene regulation. Prokaryotes have genetic structures canned operons. These are multiple genes (usually involved in the same pathway) which are regulated by a single promoter. Therefore, if the promoter is active, all of the genes are transcribed. There is no equivalent system in eukaryotes.
