we are using deionised water to rinse the glass apparatus and also the electroporetic appartus . in what way it will be useful ? why we are doing so?
this is to avoid any possible chemical reactions between ions in water and those that might be on the surface of whatever you are cleaning. Because water is got from different sources it may contain chemicals which can alter your results if used directly
