WEBCAM HELP PLEASE!! how to take pics?

i just got a web cam its a usb 6 led here the link to it http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41cYJBQ5cUL.jpg its a plug and play but i dont know how to take pictures with it on my computer do i have to go on a website JUST to take a regular pic lol and i want to know more about it so if you have anymore info about it feel free to share it with me and also can it created image effects or do i have to download something? add the link if i do thankx

you may have to download the webcam driver software.
type the name of the webcam on google and type in drive software together with the name and download it.
note that u may have to pay .
